Guardian Care is hiring an Evening Supervisor Nurse! NEW WAGES!!
Evening Supervisor works Free-Floating Monday through Friday, 3pm-11:30pm.
The Evening Supervisor is a salaried position that supervises and directs the shift functions of the Nursing Department to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.
Rotating Nurse On-Call (Every 4-5th weekend). The evening supervisor is not assigned a cart, but would cover a cart if needed. On-Call and additional hours on a cart would be compensated.

Requirements:
· Current/Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License preferred
· CPR Certified
· Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a related health care facility
· Knowledge of drug interactions, side effects and incompatibilities
· Proficient assessment and decision-making skills
· Proficient in computer and typing skills
· Proficient reading, writing, grammar, communicative and mathematics skills
· Must be willing to work with Covid patients, if needed
· Must pass Level II Background Check, Drug Screen, PPD, and Covid Test.
Must be Covid Vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated!
