Growing multi-hospital small animal practice is seeking a full-time location practice manager to add to our team. Duties include, but are not limited to employee motivation & leadership, human resources, marketing assistance, scheduling, ordering, client relations, managing workflow, and general practice development.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Must have a positive outgoing personality with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possess the emotional maturity necessary when working in a fast-paced veterinary hospital.
- Must have excellent people skills, organizational skills, leadership skills coupled with a relaxed communication style, both written and verbal.
- Two or more years of management experience is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day operations as well as have the ability to look at the big picture and create long term strategies for practice growth and stability with the Hospital Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in healthcare or other medical fields.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Cornerstone software is a plus.
