CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
Manage Care Contracts
Maintain managed care contracts
Maintain analyze and evaluation of business related to those contracts
Increase contact rates where indicated (some joint responsibility)
Problem resolution pertaining to Managed Care Accounts.
Assist as needed with accounts receivable collections
Responsible for Increasing Private Insurance and Private Pay business
Problem Resolution Pertaining to Private Pay and Private Insurance
Handle problems related to Private Pay patients
Handle problems related to Private Insurance patients
Co-Chair Business Development Meeting
Prepare statistical information for Business Development Meeting
Participate in presentation
Ensure Tarzana Treatment Centers image continuity is carried throughout company in ads, signs, marketing materials.
Develop tools for marketing and ensure everything conforms to the company image
Advertising Creation and Contracting for Advertising Space
Flyers
Publications
External Mailing Pieces
Other Ads for Various Organizations
Printed Marketing Material – Supervise All Aspects
Supervise Photography to be used in company marketing materials
Review Internal Account Marketing Activity
Maintain relationships with those making referrals and account satisfaction
Internet marketing
Negotiate contract for advertising
Monitor inquiries to see they are handled correctly
Advertising design creation
Work closely with admissions, navigation and assessment and referral teams
Supervise All Aspects of Public Relations
Work with media all types
Continue to be primary company contact and liaison for staff and media
Set up and arrange all TV and print interviews
Mailing Lists
Updating account contact information (a joint responsibility)
Purchasing outside mailing lists (Therapists, etc.)
Promotional Items
Obtain quotes for promotional items
Seek approval for purchase of promotional items
Responsible for maintaining image of the company in:
In- services, training programs, outreach, marketing activities
Setup trainings and programs
Direct campaign efforts focused at doctors and medical groups
External contact where needed
External Marketing in Areas Appropriate to Investigate
Example: relationships with other treatment providers, other hospitals that make referrals, the legal community, employers and other groups
Develops Direct Mail Campaigns and Training Programs
Focused at managed care, professional, medical and legal community and others
Telephone System
As needed, record telephone prompts
Make sure all locations are accurate and similar
Mass Mailing/ Flyer/ Promotional Item Distribution Programs

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity healthcare field with experience in drug abuse treatment.
