Plasti-Fab® EPS Product Solutions is looking for a full-time, permanent Production Worker based out of our Lebanon, OH manufacturing plant. Must be able to work second shift. This position is responsible for providing assistance and support for all plant operations associated with construction materials and custom fabricated packaging parts. We will train the right, motivated, hard working individual!
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in all phases of EPS fabrication
- Ensure product is cut to specifications
- Perform quality control checks and record
- Package product
- Assist with shipping/receiving
- Maintain production quotas
- Secondary work as required
- Complete accurate paperwork
- Safe material handling and lifting
- Complete the safety checklist and report any malfunctions
- Carry out physical demands of the job
- Meet all safety requirements and regulations
- Ensure safe equipment operation
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensure a clean work environment
- Develop a flexible approach to a team environment
- Follow company policies and procedures
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Required to lift up to 50 pounds
Repetitive bending, twisting and reaching throughout the day
Able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to handle noisy conditions
May be required to work outside in hot, cold and wet conditions
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Read tape measures (imperial and metric)
Math proficiency
WHMIS
Product knowledge
Teamwork
PREREQUISITES
Grade 12 Education or previous job experience
