Program Support Specialist – HALO – Bellevue, WA

HALO seeks an Program Support Specialist to join our high-growth company. The Program Support Specialist will provide operational support to our public website customers as well as internal corporate contacts who utilize the websites and allocation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Address incoming requests from customers, and fulfill their needs promptly and thoroughly
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, returns/exchanges, and system troubleshooting
  • Work on multiple tasks quickly, efficiently with a high level of accuracy
  • Make decisions that delight the customer, and stay consistent with company policy
  • Manage workload and limit escalations to supervisor
