Certified Medical Biller/Coder/Collector
-Post payments
-Code/bill all patient charts and send out claims to insurance and companies
-Bill and send out all monthly invoices to companies
-reduce A.R.
-Call companies/insurance
-Write appeal letters to insurance within Worker’s Comp regulated time limit
-Collect past due company invoices while maintaining a positive relationship with our clients
-Confirm why part or whole invoices were denied/underpaid
-Report insurance to Worker’s Comp Board if necessary
-Print out A.R. report routinely for progress reference
-Work efficiently with biller/coder to prevent maximum denials/appeals
-Follow up on previous appeals

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
