American National is seeking an Agent Administration Specialist for any of our locations. This role assists with agent administration processes and systems and develops strong relationships with our sales partners and internal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage policy reassignment requests
  • Review and manage Agent compliance procedures
  • Respond to formal complaints submitted by insureds or state insurance departments
  • Complete data security audits involving field representative system access
  • Support Agent commission programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Insurance experience and/or contracting and licensing experience a plus
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
