Client Services Specialist – CHG Healthcare – Boca Raton, FL

Healthcareâs helping hand.:

Resolve client/VMS discrepancies and disputes; or reconciling billing issues and ensuring client satisfaction with the company. This position will work closely with sales/payroll/AA teams and A/R to resolve client’s (majority VMS) needs in a timely and effective manner.

This position will be hands-on and must be highly invested in the success of reducing/resolving the number of disputes by identifying trends within a short timeframe. Adheres to company mission and values. Performs other duties as assigned.

Your role::

  • Drives resolution of client disputes/reconciliation billing gaps and communicates with sales leadership any client concerns in a timely basis.
  • Ensures that the client dispute resolution process is timely, accurate, and efficient. Maximizes ability to retain revenue within placements. When gaps are identified they escalate and ensure that contract terms are followed.
  • Partners with Placement Audit Team and Payroll to identify gaps within individual placements based on contract and/or VMS.
  • Partners with Account Administration, AR and Consulting to resolve contract concerns and questions as it relates/impacts placements.
  • Initiates contact with clients and internal employees either by phone, email, etc. to resolve discrepancies with contract and placement details.
  • Reduces the number of overall client disputes from baseline and maintaining for the division.
  • Continuously looks for and implements process improvement opportunities to ensure the highest level of client/VMS satisfaction in the most efficient manner. Recommends and suggests process changes to ensure efficiency upstream.
  • Supports the collections team with at-risk accounts and communicates concerns to sales leaders with continuous follow up through to resolution.
  • Monitors and analyzes work product to ensure appropriate standards are being met.
  • Maintains detailed and accurate notes in computer systems on all client disputes/reconciliation issues. Identifies trends and upcoming future possible concerns.
  • Contributes to a positive culture that fosters continuous process improvement.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management.

  • 1 years’ experience in the staffing or finance industry
  • Undergraduate level business education training or equivalent experience.
  • College degree
  • Experience in the medical field or health care industry
  • Experience in health care staffing
