Security Operations Center SOC Lead – Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority – Boston, MA

This position is responsible for leading the Security Operations Center (SOC). The SOC consists of a variety of highly-skilled, technical staff performing Monitoring and Analysis, Cyber Incident Handling, Threat Intelligence, non-compliance reporting, user activity monitoring, malware and forensic analysis.

A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution and 3 additional years of experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement

Preferred Experience and Required Skills

• 
  Previous leadership experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Experience working with SIEM, Log Aggregators, Incident Response Management solutions
• Experience managing standards, developing Security Operations Process, reporting and dashboards
