Schneider is seeking a Vendor Services Administrator to join our team. As a Vendor Services Administrator you work with a team of other Vendor Services Administrators with the primary responsibility for supplier relations, management and administration of contracts/agreement terms, invoice reconciliation and process integrations related to meetings/events.
As a Vendor Services Administrator, you will:

  • Create and implement favorable pricing, terms, and product and/or service delivery options
  • Identify, analyze, and assist in cost savings initiatives and identify productivity improvements
  • Monitor weather conditions and engage with our suppliers to ensure we are prepared for a surge in activity
  • Collaborate with suppliers and associates to proactively resolve any service challenges

Our preferred candidate will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, a related field or equivalent work experience and one to two years of work experience
  • Be skilled in communication, collaboration, customer service, financial analysis, and detail orientation
