Hidden Treasure Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing each customer outstanding service by ensuring a positive and friendly delivery experience, every time. They Maintain safe and efficient travel throughout the greater Roseville, Rocklin, Sacramento, Rosemont and Rancho Cordova areas completing accurate transaction and inventory handling practices, and always providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
This Position Reports to our Delivery Manager, with additional supervision and direction from Team Leads and Supervisors.
Example of Duties (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.):
– Process and deliver customer orders using Indica Online
– Package orders, Process transactions with cash / card
– Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
– Provide exceptional customer service
– Perform other related work as required
– Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
– Develop and maintain rapport with our customers and fellow employees
– Ensure customers’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to a manager when needed
– Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Performance Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
– Must have a reliable vehicle that is 2012 or newer and a clean driving history, specifically no more than one moving violation or at-fault non major accident in the last year and no more than 2 in the last three years, and no major violations in the last 5 years.
– Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
– Must have high level of organization, patience and flexibility.
– Ability to perceive and meet the needs of customers and staff without direction.
– Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events.
– Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times.
– Ability to communicate clearly, honestly and effectively with customers and staff in all situations.
– The ability to effectively communicate cannabis related product info to customers.
– Strong problem solving, customer service and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to dispense cannabis products accurately and efficiently.
– Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
– Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance meeting at least 100/300 liability coverage at all times.
Education/experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail, cash handling and customer service experience. Previous experience in the cannabis industry or product delivery a plus!
Typical Physical Demands:
– Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
– Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
– Requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle and basic office equipment.
– Requires healthy vision (aided or unaided) sufficient for safe driving with the ability to see color and adjust focus.
Typical Working Conditions:
– Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events. Hours of operation are anywhere from 9 am – 10 pm depending on your shift.
– Work is performed in a retail location, warehouse, in a motor vehicle and in public or at the homes of delivery customers.
– Involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
