La Paloma Healthcare Center is a 5 star, 93 bed skilled nursing facility located in Oceanside. We are looking to hire an LVN Case Manager to our clinical team. We offer an extensive orientation and training program.
Shift Time: AM (hours flexible)
Job Duties: Review patients, assist with discharge planning, work with insurance to get proper services, etc.
