Your Opportunity:

Become a valuable member of our Finance team making a genuine, positive impact in the lives of our customers. Support the organization by processing daily sales and operational financial transactions.

This person will across the organization with the finance, sales, and operations teams, assisting in projects and key functions as needed. Maintenance of our central financial and CRM systems is crucial to Traka’s success, and you will be a key contributor in this process.

The role will perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.

Functional Competencies:

  • This position provides clerical and administrative support to various programmatic efforts within all Traka Systems
  • The individual is expected to be extremely detail oriented and have strong administrative and communication skills
  • Maintain customer database by entering new and updated customer and account information as needed
  • Monitors Open Sales Orders to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Review and process Purchase Orders received via mail, email and/or fax to ensure accuracy against sales orders and proposals from RSM’s
  • Resolve any discrepancies on the Purchase Orders with the RSMs and/or customers
  • Generate daily Open Sales Order report
  • Assist Finance team with duties as needed to meet specific goals, including but not limited to month end and daily/monthly financial reporting
  • Uphold Traka USA’s outstanding reputation for delivering superior customer service to retain market edge over competitor products and services


Essential skills:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1 to 3 years related project coordination, or administration experience with financial responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and related cloud based project management or CRM platforms. Salesforce or Smartsheets experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external customers
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating
  • Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate and to meet the customer’s needs


Physical Requirements

  • Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30lbs as needed
  • Ability to sit and/or work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
