We are looking for a Home Care Coordinator/Placement Coordinator to join our Ultimate team remotely on the weekends. As a Home Care Coordinator, your key role will be to help us manage the placement of our caregivers and ensure total patient satisfaction! Work from the comfort of your home office, on the weekends during two shifts, from 6am to 9am and 2pm to 10pm. Exciting role that works with an Ultimate team! What we are looking for?
1+ year of recent home care coordination experience (Required)
1+ year of recent HHA Exchange experience (Required)
Bilingual Spanish (Required)
Meticulous ability to monitor and process AR and ensuring no lost revenue
A positive attitude; you’re a team player and you work effectively with different teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
