HIRING IMMEDIATELY for DSPs (Direct Support Professional’s)
CLW provides day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities in a workshop setting. CLW staff do not work weekends and are not on call.
We are looking for highly motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for full time day shift positions (M-F) at our Forest Park, OH, location to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on quality care and daily activities, day-hab and vocational services. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will be responsible for working with a team to ensure the health & safety of the developmentally disabled clients.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug testing
- Able to pass criminal background requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid drivers license required (meaning no license suspensions w/in the past 5 years and less than 6 pts.). Required to drive shuttle buses or vans.
- Prior experience working with individuals w/ developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. We will train you!
