The right candidate will also be expected to uphold the hospitality standards of the Boka Restaurant Group in a fast-paced environment. In this position, a great attitude, problem solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a hard work ethic go a long way!

- -Must have at least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- -Must have in-depth experience with Open Table and Aloha.
- -Must be experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
- -Must have extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- -Must have knowledge of beer and spirits.
- -Must be willing to work long extended hours and late nights.
- -Must be knowledgeable about Boka Restaurant Group.
- -Must be polished, professional, warm and hospitable
- -Must be prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, payroll, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, reservation book management, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired preshift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals
