Responsibilities include:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ongoing correspondence with clinical staff manager to keep them informed of all issues related to the patient’s care plan.
Completes patient call-backs
High level of detail by the ability to identify mistakes or inconsistencies in medical reports and clinical diagnostic tests
Answering messages and tasks in a timely manner through EMR messages and tasks.
Informs prescriber of abnormal lab/test results and communicates follow-up information to the patient, such as mailing out lab reports.
Educates patients in additional ways our clinic can help them
Works to reduce team errors and works quickly to fix errors
Adhere to documentation policies, protocols and best practices for daily work logs, escalation of client issues and internal communications.
May perform clinical tasks within their scope of practice.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Skills and requirements:
*Bilingual/Spanish. Fluent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Highly motivated, results-oriented, organized
*Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
*eCW experience a plus
