Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities and duties:
-Assesses and educates the patient and family/caregiver regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies and nursing related needs
-Initiates the plan of care and revises as necessary under the direction of the physician
-Provides those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
-Coordinates services and refers to other services as needed
-Supervises, delegates, and teaches duties and tasks to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Home Health aides and others providing services, as appropriate
-Assists physician in evaluating the patient’s level of function.
Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications and skills:
-RN license with 1-2 years experience
-Previous home health experience preferred
– NO ON CALL
-Current CPR license
-Valid drivers license along with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
– Must pass full background check and clear drug screen
– Pay is based on a Pay per Visit Option
– 401K with Company match
