We’re HIRING NOW for a Accounts Payable Supervisor! This role is based at our beautiful Corporate offices in downtown Medford, OR.

Store Accounts Payable Supervisor

The Store Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for efficiently supervising a variety of store accounts payable functions and is required to perform job duties in a manner that ensures a timely and accurate workflow.

The Store Accounts Payable Supervisor reports to Procure to Pay Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the accounts payable workflow processes, associated technology and data
  • Train, supervise and coach the AP Administrators
    • Ensure staff is consistently performing job duties in a timely and accurate manner, resulting in proper vendor payments and postings in ADP
    • Identify optimal workloads for each employee
    • Perform 1:1 meeting with each employee to review performance and opportunities
    • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities in workflow and staffing
  • Maintain departmental policies and procedures
  • Perform assigned tactical duties related to vendor payment, invoice posting and system maintenance and security
  • Proactively communicate with your manager
    • Communicate errors, unusual items, proposed solutions and process improvement opportunities
  • Provide departmental back-up, as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
