What You Will Be Doing
– Define Health Center QI Standards and document performance against those standards
– Lead efforts to identify and reduce risk, assist management with risk case management
– Analyze data and track progress towards quality improvement goals
– Develop reporting formats and data collection practices
– Work with our Behavioral Health quality team to align goals and processes
– Complete preparation work for QI committee meetings
– Supervise QI staff and volunteers, make sure all appropriate training and development is completed
– Lead audit preparation and health plan reports for local, county, state and federal
– Complete Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) reporting and documentation
– Prepare and file UDS and OSHPD reports
– Work with Human Resources Department for credentialing and privileging processes
What You Need for this Position
– BA in health, administration, or related field
– Working knowledge of FQHC and HRSA requirements
– Experience supervising staff in a health care setting
– Deep understanding of health care/clinical QI processes
