Business Development Associate – Advanced Recovery Systems – Winter Park, FL

Overview:

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Associate is responsible for support of the Business Development department

Works effectively with the Business Development team to ensure success of the department by completing the following:


CORE JOB DUTIES:

  • Recruit, schedule and carry out round one interviews (with help from Supervisor as needed).
  • Prepare for and assist with onboarding and initial onboarding training. Training includes any internal items necessary for each role (e.g., commonly used reports and items, tech walk through, etc.)
  • Monitor and audit all created or future forms and take necessary steps, (e.g., report Salesforce requests to Salesforce team).
  • Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as assigned.
  • Participate in special projects and implementations of new strategies focused on scaling and improving the department.
  • Communicate with Business Development Staff.
  • Support the Business Development Reps with items within scope or bring to the attention of appropriate person/dept. These items include but are not limited to requests for: tech support, flyers, scheduling, and general help.
  • Create general and individualized marketing materials for the Business Development Department using Canva.
  • Update and maintain Business Development internal websites.
  • Handle all Business Development departures/promotions and notify appropriate departments.
  • Conduct and or participate in all meetings involving Salesforce, PowerBi, and HR.


OTHER DUTIES:

  • Frequent interaction with executives and partner accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; direct or transferable experience a plus.
  • Customer and Personal Service; Education and Training; Clerical; Computers and Electronics; Reporting; Excel; Zoom; Salesforce; PowerBi
  • Ability to make decisions and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; is courteous, creative, enthusiastic, positive, and professional.
  • Exceptional organizational, follow-through, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter who can engage appropriate resources as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
