The Copier Support Desk Technician I is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will provide basic troubleshooting assistance to offer first level support to clients on copier service calls. You will perform triage of service incidents, creating and assigning service calls and coordinating service work and service requests.
