This role will serve as the Practice Administrator for all practice locations of Mon Health Wedgewood Primary Care and Psychiatry with a total of 28 providers spanning across three (3) locations, including behavioral health and occupational medicine. This executive management position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall clinical and business operations for the medical clinic and its contracted provider group, Wedgewood Physicians, Inc. This role will serve as the direct liaison between Mon Health and Wedgewood Leadership to ensure successful achievement of shared goals and initiatives through effective partnership and communication.
The Practice Administrator will be employed by Wedgewood Physician, Inc., an affiliate of the Mon Health System, but serve in a duo leadership position for both Wedgewood and Mon Health Medical Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration or public administration required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Minimum five years of health care management experience at the senior-management level.

Schedule: Full Time, Days, Typically Monday through Friday; weekends and evenings as needed
