Job Summary
Customer Service Representative is responsible for positive interaction with customers and callers regarding Mon Health Care’s products and services.
Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement : High School Diploma or GED. Additional specialized coursework (medical terminology, accounting) and/or college credit preferred.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Experience with credit/collection practices, in a health care setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in computer data entry, and the use of personal computers and calculators normally acquired through previous experience or coursework. Must possess communication skills appropriate to dealing with patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and other employees. This role requires one work well with others.
c. Minimum License Requirement :
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to10 lbs with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
