Memory Care Provider seeking Experienced Caregivers

Wages: $17.00-$18.50

Immediate openings – 12 hour shifts (FT/PT) 10a-10p & 10p-10a

Full-time: Work only 3 days with 4 days off

• Wages Rage from $17.00 to $18.50 (You may be eligible for wage increases with promotions, additional CBRF Certifications and performance)
• 
  Time & half on Holidays
• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Caregivers are responsible for providing services to Memory Care residents including: Quality of Care (dressing, toileting, transfers, bathing, hygiene, medication administration), dietary services, cleaning, laundry, and activities; all according to Tender Reflections policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulations, and resident’s ISP’s. Must be Reliable and have transportation
