Comply with food, health & safety regulations. Our restaurants and team are fully equipped with the proper resources to protect themselves and others from any possible contamination.
What You Will Do:
Ensure each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
Train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis.
Implement and maintain guest service standards.
Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards are maintained.
Plan and assign daily goals, tasks and assignments. Assure proper completion through follow-up.
Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Any other duties assigned by General Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience at least one year
Must be at least 18 years of age
Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance
Have reliable transportation
