PTA position available with local therapist owned certified rehab agency. In home visits with unique business model and payment structure. Position has the opportunity to be PRN, part time or full time. We are a 21 year strong PT owned private practice which employs the majority of PTs and PTAs in our county. We also provide the majority of the home care rehab in our area, showing that if you like home health, we are the place to work. We are a local company but have a large enough HH staff that our territories and caseloads are reasonable. We have a specific need in Harnett county but please inquire if you are interested in other areas. We cover Johnston, Harnett, Sampson, Wayne, and Duplin counties ( the same therapist does not cover the entire area). HH experience is preferred.
The unique thing about doing home care with a PT owned practice is you have the benefit of a home care rehab team, rather than being the sole PT for an agency. You also have the benefit of not working directly for a home care agency which allows a “buffer” through some of the red tape. Our staff has been with us since the beginning supporting the idea that our company is a perfect fit for a home care PT. We are looking for long term employees who have a genuine interest in home care.
