We are seeking LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAT Psychotherapists to develop replicable group curriculum and run at least 2 groups weekly. Refresh Psychotherapy is a busy private practice in New York City seeking New York State residents. This is a fee-for-service position.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience post-graduation working in an environment where psychotherapy, assessment, and diagnosis are primary responsibilities.

We are looking to hire clinicians who have the ability to think creatively, use mindfulness and somatic approaches, and who would like to work with creative and highly sensitive individuals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, diligent, responsible, and committed to improving their clinical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– develop replicable group curriculum for closed groups of 10 to 12 weeks
– screen potential group participants
– provide a diagnosis for patients who are not existing patients of Refresh
– work with social media manager to develop appropriate marketing materials
– contribute to blog and Instagram
– facilitate weekly groups and satisfy documentation requirements
– participate in clinical supervision (hours will count towards LCSW and similar level licensing exams)

Must be willing to do things outside the scope of their job description on occasion and must not feel that any task is beneath them. Additionally, will have graduated from a top-tier social work graduate program, have a strong interest in improving the quality of behavioral healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in providing therapy to “Millennial” adults, have a strong passion for improving the quality of behavioral healthcare.
