Salary Range – Based on Experience – $100K-$160K
This is an outstanding opportunity with a major construction/engineering firm that has a need for an experienced Construction Superintendent to work on healthcare and commercial projects in the Boston area. This a fantastic organization that has locations across the county and is growing and also provides great growth opportunity for its employees.
The need is specifically for an individual to work on new building, major renovations, civil work, and installation and commissioning of HVAC and electrical systems. The responsibilities would be overseeing subcontractors on all phases of construction throughout the project life cycle and assisting the Project Manager with evaluating change order proposals, reviewing contractor submittals/requisitions and preparing daily reports.
Experience working on healthcare projects is required. This individual should have a minimum of 5 years of building construction experience. A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
