Summary:
This position is for general laborers in our manufacturing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast pace factory like environment – Reliability is vital to our success
- Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16th on an inch.
- Basic Power tools, Milling Tools, Metal Punches and other hand tools.
- Operation of different machines used in the glass fabrication and tempering process (will train).
- Load/unload materials – heavy lifting is required – 60 TO 80 LBS
- Sorting and Packaging Products.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas.
- Quality control and pride in your craftsmanship.
- TEAMWORK
- Ability to follow instructions and stick to a designed process.
- Problem solving abilities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS– Heavy lifting is required – 60 TO 80 LBS
WORK ENVIRONMENT– Factory environment with fabrication tools and tempering oven.
