Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including, but not limited to, eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, and maintaining continence
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and maintain healthy relationships with clients and families
- Transportation, case by case requirement.
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
- Actively participate in documenting and reporting changes in health or status of client
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Driver’s License
