Clinical Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Nationwide Children’s Hospital – Columbus, OH

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partners in the hospital’s recruitment efforts and employment processes.

This is a part-time position working 10 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews, conducts phone screens and/or screening interviews. Coordinates travel arrangements for out of town candidates to including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assists with sourcing and screening during the recruitment selection process.
  • Edits and posts positions on applicant tracking system, internet job boards, etc.
  • Manages invoices and purchase requests for Talent Acquisition team. Processes monthly credit card statements, codes and logs information.
  • Manages temp agency hires.
  • Verifies employee information using Image Silo, HRIS system, and applicant tracking system and maintains strict confidentiality of information.
  • Prepares materials for recruitment interviews and events.
  • Attends and may participate in the facilitation of high school and college job fairs and special events. Prepares and organizes supportive materials for distribution.
  • Serves as an initial contact for HR related questions.

Qualifications:

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.

Skills: Demonstrated accurate typing skills with ability to type 40 wpm. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while staying organized. Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in administrative support; healthcare experience preferred. Interest in human resources preferred.
