Trim Carpentry Field Superintendent Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of finish carpenters who perform installation duties at various job sites.
- Enforce operating procedures, quality standards, and compliance with all safety requirements.
- Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.
- Provide finish carpenters with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Proactively evaluate potential problems on the job and initiate action to limit negative outcomes.
Trim Carpentry Field Superintendent Qualifications
- Highly-skilled finish carpenter
- Experience working at a supervisory level in the home building industry, preferably ground-up experience.
- Custom home building experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass E-verify and drug screening process
- Valid Driver’s License
