Required care: Patient is a 3 year old boy dependent on a gtube, trach. Care consist of monitoring patient status, maintaining activities of daily living, administrating medications, suctioning and breathing treatment and feeding via pump. * Paid training and orientation is provided as well as shadowing with a senior nurse for more extensive hands on training experience. 1:1 care, 8 hours per day, at one location within the comfort of the patient’s home.
**Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred
All care is done under supervision by an RN case manager provided with a detailed Plan Of Care.
*Shifts Available*
- Wed-Fri 430pm-10pm
- Patient Ratio- One to One
- Shift Care 8 Hours per day
Pay is determined by the following
- – $22-$25
- – Based on severity of the case
- – Experience/Skills

Credentials required:
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN) License
- Current Physical
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
