JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing marketing strategy and initiatives for Kelsey-Seybold’s focused clinical service line(s), and certain employer products.
This position will be both an internal and external contact for subject matter and a resource for development of assigned service lines. The Senior Marketing Specialist will support initiatives that raise awareness of Kelsey-Seybold’s services. The position will develop and execute marketing strategy for the focused clinical service line(s) and work with team members to support marketing on all channels, including: advertising, web content development, social media, events, videos, and collateral materials. The position will manage and identify key strategic community partnerships and events related to the focused clinical service line(s). This can include, but not be limited to: Virtual Health, Clinic Growth/New Clinics, Occupational Medicine/Onsite Clinics, External Physician Marketing.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education

A.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related major

B.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Experience

A.

7+ years of experience in marketing roles; events, and development strategies to reach key demographics/markets. (agency, or in-house corporate)

B.

Healthcare industry experience; Events experience, Experience working and maximizing chamber and community relationships, working with any insurance or B2B service lines within a healthcare organization.
