- Service Technician
Purpose:
- To ensure that our customers’ needs are met through the highest degree of customer service while completing a service and/or repair of a new, or existing product.

- “Critical Thinker”: You should always be able to look at every situation and think “why” or “how”. Service technicians are often viewed as a problem solver. To be effective, you must understand the condition in which the problem started, or arose from. This will enable you to complete your scheduled jobs, and tasks much more efficiently.
- “Hands On”: As a service technician no job, task, or situation presents itself the same. You should be able to take a “hand on” approach to your everyday tasks to ensure that the job, task, or situation is completed efficiently, and correctly.
- Organized: Organization can make the difference between being revenue generating, or being an added expense. Organization is key to ensuring that work vehicles are stocked with accurate parts, and you have all the tools necessary to complete your jobs, and tasks.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are not only needed during customer interactions, but also needed to communicate effectively to other team members to ensure the success of the organization.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Service Technician
- Correctly completing service diagnostics of a wide variety of products. Understanding that there is a difference between a service technician, and a parts repair technician.
- An example of a service diagnostic would be concluding that a spa would require a new heater due to the electrical diagnostic and amperage readings of the spas current state.
- Completing the service of all products, this will range from a 12 year old spa to a newly installed inground pool. The winterization of products in the fall, to the start up of products in the spring.
- Delivery Technician
- Assist in the delivery of products when assistance is needed.
- Warehouse/Recon
- Assist in all warehouse duties
- Inventory processing
- Cleaning
- Perform reconditioning on pre-owned spas
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Ability:
- Reliability, we are seeking a high reliable individual.
- Previous Electrical Experience Preferred
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to work M-F 8:00-5:00

- $22-$25 per hour
