POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating all training requirements at the plant level. Administers the SOI system.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform orientation training for new employees.
- Support and give guidance to on the job trainers.
- Schedule classroom training sessions as required.
- Initiate training packages for on the job training.
- Maintain employee training files.
- Coordinate the review, approval and distribution of SOIs.
- Schedule retraining as a result of SOI revisions.
- Coordinate the distribution of forms used throughout the plant.
