Brief Introduction:
Successful orthopedic practice seeks intelligent, customer service oriented, on-boarding specialist with strong communication skills and an interest in a full-time position. The candidate should have at least 1 year experience in a medical practice scheduling appointments, interacting with patients, working with an EMR, and insurance verifications (major medical, MVA and WC).
The likelihood is that a successful candidate will be offered a full-time position within a 1-3 month period based on the status of Covid-19.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Masks must be worn properly (covering nose and mouth) during the entire time of visit. All patients are required to call upon arrival. Each patient must have their temperature recorded and answer a brief five question form before entering the office.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
- Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)
- Orthopaedic care: 1 year (Preferred)
