Position: Account Manager/Test Program Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Manager and above rich experience with Healthcare and Medical Devices Testing:
1. 12+ Years of IT, healthcare & medical devices testing experience. Well versed with V&V, DV testing and FDA submission process
2. Responsible for leading test efforts and test resources including large complex QA programs that involves multiple sub projects
3. Program mgmt. skills with defining stay up to date with the industry best practices, test strategy, test planning with project timelines, QA metrics presentation and demonstration
4. Worked in a distributed onsite-offshore model projects with multi stakeholder/vender environment is a must
5. 6+ years of software testing experience in embedded systems OR robotic assisted test automation experience
6. Well versed with the review process, providing guidance to teams, participating in technical group discussions, both internal and external
7. Test automation framework implementation experience using Java/Python/C#/C++ etc.
8. Hands on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD technology stack
9. Works closely and collaboratively with IT business teams internal and external
