Work Schedule: Part-Time, PM / Evening, Weekends,
Casual Part Time or Regular Part Time (16-20 hours/week) Evenings with an every third weekend rotation
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required. The RN must complete their BSN within five years of hire date. WI RN License required. Minimum of two to four years of acute or ambulatory healthcare. Employee or Occupational Health experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
