PIC Home is looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist and Inside Sales. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
This position is responsible for the accuracy of and processing of our clients project contracts. It is our Sales Admin Assistant’s job to make sure that they can effectively communicate project information to our operational staff. The goal is to ensure our clients have The Ultimate Remodeling Experience. This role also involves advanced organization skills and a keen eye for details. You will also play a role in the digital inbound sales opportunities and followup and driving sales from interested prospects.
Duties:
- Processing any related contract/orders for new customer transactions
- Ensure accuracy of submitted contract
- Follow up on jobs on hold due to contract issues
- Identify, track and communicate errors
- Provide updates internally as well as externally, and make detailed notes on customer accounts throughout the phase of their project
- Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing
- Manage and maintain voicemails, emails, escalated customers, and reviews
- Enter data into CRM, update reports, and other tasks pertaining to new orders
- Answer incoming phone calls and set sales appts
- Customer Service representative for pre-production customers
- Tracking and Engaging customers until they are in production status
- Weekly and Monthly sales reporting
- Onboarding new sales employees
- Digital inbound sales tracking
What You Need:
2-3 years of experience in an Administrative role
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with multi-tasking under pressure
High level written/verbal communication skills
Extensive customer service experience (high volume phone contact w/ customers)
Strong follow-up skills: professional demeanor is a must
Salesforce/CRM & IPAD software experience is required
Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus

Hourly Range: $12-$18
Monthly Metric Performance Bonus Eligibility
Hours are Monday-Friday; 830am-5pm-this position has potential to transition into an alternative schedule based on business needs
