Community Healthcare Solutions is growing, and we are seeking to add to our staff well-trained, licensed MSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D. or PsyD clinicians who have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to a diverse client population. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current work or even to be one of their primary sources of income. In addition to seeing clients, each clinician meets in a regular weekly consult group led by a senior clinician. Provide Strength-based, solution-focused supportive counseling to each recipient to minimize the adverse effects of their symptoms, restore stability, and develop skills for independence and adaptation to community living. training/direction to MHS staff, and other activities to ensure each member of the team is providing coordinated services. Assess each recipient for Strengths, Resources, and Goals within the first 30 days of treatment; provide Strength-based planning and therapy on an ongoing basis. Ensure each recipient has an Individualized Crisis Recovery Plan on file within 30 days to reduce the risk of harm to self or others, identify precursors, reduce hospitalization, and restore stability. Provide Crisis Intervention services to recipients as needed according to agency policies, procedures, and service definitions guiding the provision of Crisis Intervention, crisis management, and follow-up. Complete concurrent authorization assessment paperwork promptly to ensure recipients receive authorizations on time and at appropriate levels of care based on accurate information about current functioning. Maintain a caseload of 20 hours per week. Be available for Supervision Meetings, training, and staffing meetings as scheduled by Clinical Director. Able to provide and complete clinical initial assessment packet complete with an initial treatment plan with person-centered goals, consent to treat, the release of information, CANS/LOCUS assessment, and insurance packet.
