General Description
The primary role of the Busser is to provide a clean and sanitary dining experience that makes the guest say thats impressive! Bussing and Pre-bussing tables, Maintain Dining Room uniformity and cleanliness throughout shift, ensure that the service stations are adequately supplied and assists team members in doing what is necessary to serve the Guest.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Bus and reset tables using Tumbleweed guidelines.
- Assist servers in pre-bussing tables.
- Maintain dining cleanliness and organization.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Maintains the restroom cleanliness.
- Performs other tasks as necessary.
- Prepare drinks, desserts, salads and other food items.
- Run food and interact with guests in a way that has a positive impact on their day.
- Adhere to our sanitation and workplace safety standards.
Specific Skills and Qualities:
- High concern for cleanliness.
- High degree of ability to communicate with a large number and variety of people.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of urgency.
- Ability to perform several tasks at the same time.
- A high value of Teamwork.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
