Foundry Grinding/Finishing Department Manager
- 10 to 15 years management experience in a heavy manufacturing environment REQUIRED
- Must be a SAFETY FOCUSED manager with the ability to keep employees working and striving for accident free workplace
- Must be able to maintain QUALITY and PRODUCTIVITY standards while striving for each employee to achieve their personal capabilities
- Experience in management of 10 to 20 employees in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment REQUIRED
- Must be a HANDS-ON manager with 75% of time will be spent on shop floor
- Must have PC skill’s including experience in spreadsheets and data entry
