We are looking to hire a Business Development Representatives for our marketing agency located in South Florida.
The ideal candidate should Call or Visit local business and have experience in selling /SigningUP our Business Marketing Packages. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success.
Commission Package: % Sales Commission on onboarding retainers (recurring)
OR upfront fee for 1st month’s payment from the client.
Start Date: Immediate.
Duties and responsibilities:
1.Needs to visit a minimum of 50 business in a week.
2.Prepare and submit proposals
3. Meet weekly and monthly and quarterly sales quotas
4. Follow up calls and emails
Target: Close a minimum of 5 leads a month.
Commission Percentage: Continual 15% of project value (recurring)
OR 35% One Time Upfront from 1st Client Retainer Payout

Attorneys, Medical/Health care practices, Insurance Agencies, Real Estate Broker/Agents, & Experts
