**Experienced Automotive Internet Manager needed now!**

Expressway is looking for highly motivated and experienced sales manager to join our dealership.

We are seeking a proven top sales performer to manage our CRM program to cultivate new leads via cold calling, calling warm leads, and responding to incoming inquiries. What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years of management
  • Strong relationship-building skills needed to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
  • Positive, high energy, with a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Must be willing to learn, be coachable, and want to make money!
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while exercising excellent judgment
  • Someone that is comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment, with a solid work ethic

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead a sales staff while handling a heavy load of outbound calls
  • Must be able to mine the software to find possible leads that have been missed or overlooked
  • Consistently meets sales quotas
  • Aggressively seek to generate leads by telephone, email, and text
  • Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, texting, e-mailing or in person
  • Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
  • Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction
  • Handles Internet sales and assigns leads to sales staff
  • Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Work well in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include a comprehensive background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
