Regional Director – Healthcare experience prefered

ü  Establish relationships with and secure contracts from net new customers to achieve Billed Revenue quotas in the assigned region and accounts

ü  Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and subsequent account mining efforts

ü  Prospect for potential customers using both direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking

ü  Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales

ü  Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of possible solutions with associated costs/benefits

ü  Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects

ü  Create and deliver engaging presentations to our clients’ senior managers and decision makers

ü  Draft and deliver sales proposals

ü  Work with technical staff and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements

ü  Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis

ü  Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver values, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales

ü  Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions

ü  Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods

ü  Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems

ü  Cultivate strong relationships with third parties and partners that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers

ü  Work with marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns

ü  Provide feedback to sales management on how to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation

ü  Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

ü  Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing team to develop and improve sales tools

ü  Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

ü  Conduct all sales activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
