Administrative Records Coordinator – League City Chiropractic and Sports Medicine – League City, TX

Immediate hire – Administrative Records Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Chiropractic practice!

Part Time Flexible hours. 10-15Hrs per week. You get to pick the days that work for you on a consistent basis!

Business hours- Monday 7:30-6:30, Tuesday 7:30- 12, Thursday 7:30 -12 , Friday 7:30 – 4

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A Self motivated critical thinker
  • Extremely detail oriented and very organized
  • Patient care focused, team oriented, and willing to learn new skills
  • Experience in administration, book keeping, or medical records is a must
  • Finding the right personality and skill set is most important, we can teach the right person if they are willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must love tasking and doing paper work
  • Good phone presence (voice, tone, pitch, volume, confidence, etc.)
  • Can handle Administrative duties (create forms, track clinic goals, and take ownership of your role)
  • Team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the phone

Required education:

  • Minimum HS diploma or equivalent, College preferred
