Navigation Center Representative – Family HealthCare Network – Porterville, CA

Summary of Duties:

Responsible for providing scheduling and navigation assistance to FHCN patients and for supporting streamlined patient flow coordination. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and utilization of basic web-based tools, including Email. English and Spanish language proficiency preferred. Requires completion of a Medical Assistant training program which may be waived with equivalent experience.
