YOUR workday looks like this:
· Consult with new/existing customers to determine wireless needs while delivering the ultimate “UN-CARRIER” T-Mobile customer experience.
· Take care of any and all customer service issues/requests in a timely and professional manner while being a team player.
· We are a sales organization and you will have sales goals to crush. (Crushed sales goals mean more money for you!)
· Create new customer opportunities with our super easy outbound marketing program. (You will crush your sales goals and grow your customer base!)
This is all YOU need to succeed Here:
· Be people-focused, friendly, kind, motivated, and energetic so customers can feel your positive attitude.
· Have strong written and oral communication skills to clearly explain things.
· Experienced in customer service. No Wireless Experience? No Problem! In three weeks you will become a MOBILE EXPERT!
· Work some evenings and weekends when our customers need you to sell them our awesome Sprint products and services!
